The company was founded in 1983 by Andreas Magklaras. The main purpose of the company has since been the design, supervision and construction of luxurious apartments and residencies.
The company was established in Lamia where it undertook its first projects. Then in 1991 it was transferred to new modern facilities in Athens and continued with numerous projects mainly in the southern suburbs of Athens and in the historic center. The company is now run by the new generation of the family, consisting of Themistoklis Magklaras and Eleni Magklara who continue the legacy of their father but also extend it to acquisition of land for constructing residential and commercial buildings as well as interior design services.
